AIRPORT ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to Miami International Airport (MIA), please proceed to the baggage claim area of your respective airline (even if you have not checked luggage). In the baggage claim area, please look for a travel representative wearing red and holding a sign with the Riverbed logo. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your transportation vehicle. The drive time to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving to the hotel prior to check-in time shall be accommodated as rooms become available. In the meantime, baggage storage is available at the hotel with our W Ambassadors.
AIRPORT DEPARTURE
Hotel checkout time is 11:00 AM. Transportation from the W South Beach to Miami International Airport (MIA) will be provided for you and your guest. A detailed departure notice will be provided prior to the departure date that will give you more information on your pickup time and the departure process. Please estimate to depart the hotel approximately 2-2.5 hours prior to your flight departure time.

CHECK-IN INFO
Welcome to the W South! When arriving at the hotel, please go directly to the hotel registration to check in. After check-in, please make your way to the Hospitality Room, which is in the hotel meeting space. Here, you will receive your itinerary and updates on the event, a special gift and the opportunity to relax while enjoying a refreshing beverage and some snacks.
Please note that the Hospitality Room opens at 1:00pm EST on Friday, May 17.
To protect your well-being and that of the other event attendees, please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or any flu like symptoms.

1. When is President's Club and where will it hosted?
President's Club will take place Friday, May 17th – Monday, May 20th at the beautiful W Hotel in South Beach, Florida.
2. Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes! We welcome you to bring a +1 to enjoy this experience with you. The guest must be ages 21+ as there will be functions or acitivites that are not suitable for those under this age.
3. When am I permitted to arrive & depart?
INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS (Those outside of North America)
Arrival
Those in APAC are permitted to arrive on Wednesday, May 15th. Those in the UK are permitted to arrive on Thursday, May 16th.
Departure
All international travelers are permitted to depart on Tuesday, May 21st.
DOMESTIC TRAVELERS (Those within North America)
Those in North America are permitted to arrive on Friday, May 17th and depart on Monday, May 20th (up to 3 nights of accomodation).
Additional nights would be on your own and subject to hotel availability & rates.
4. How do I book my travel? What happens if I need to adjust my flights after they are booked?
You and your guest will be ticketed roundtrip from your home city to Miami International Airport (MIA) based on Riverbed’s Travel and Expense Policy. Please do not purchase tickets on your own as they will be managed directly through the Riverbed’s designated travel provider, Gant Travel. This will allow us to manage your arrival and departure ground transportation smoothly.
International Travelers

Steps to Complete Your Air Travel
Do not book travel directly. Simply complete the flight requests on the registration page of this website for both you and your guest.

Important Information
We will work to accommodate your prederred airline, but sometimes the most cost-effective fares could be on alternate carriers.
In the event you would like to upgrade your class of ticket, you may do so at your own expense.
Occasionally , airlines make unannouced schedule or equipment changes, so we recommend you download the airline app for the most up-to-date schedule prior to travel. You can view your itinerary and seat assignments via the airline app or online 24/7.
Please note, if you choose to extend your trip before or after the program dates, you will be responsible for any cost associated with the deviation.
5. What expenses will be covered during my stay?
Covered Expenses
All other expenses such as additional meals, non-organized activities, souvenirs, transportation around the area on your own, additional hotel nights, and gratuities to hotel staff will not be reimbursed or covered. If you have a question about whether an expense will be covered, please reach out to Mark Plocki, mark.plocki@riverbed.com.
We will provide a pre-paid visa gift card that you and your guest can use through out your stay in Miami or any additional activities and meals.
Round-trip flights for you and your guest, your accommodations (either 3 or 6 nights depending on your origination destination), some additional meals (more info forthcoming as we formalize the itinerary for the weekend), and some activities.

6. How will I stay informed on important updates on President's Club 2024?
All pre-event communications will be sent by email to keep you informed.
7. What is the appropriate attire throughout President's Club?
In May, the weather in Miami is warm and humid, ranging from the upper 80s to low 90s Fahrenheit (around 30-33 degrees Celsius), while average low temperatures generally fall in the mid to upper 70s Fahrenheit (around 24-26 degrees Celsius), so we recommend dressing in comfortable and breathable attire.
For gentlemen, smart casual attire such as collared shirts, lightweight trousers, or khakis paired with loafers or dress shoes would be appropriate. Ties are optional. For ladies, a sundress, blouse with trousers or skirts, or casual chic attire would be suitable. Open-toe sandals or flats are popular choices for footwear. We also advise bringing a light jacket or sweater for indoor areas where air conditioning may be present.
The Awards Dinner will be cocktail attire. Jacket and tie are optional for men and dress, dressy pants or skirt is appropriate for ladies. This evening will be an indoor and outdoor event, so pashmina or wrap for ladies is encouraged.
